WELCOME RECEPTION & INTRODUCTIONS
Monday, April 3: 5 - 7 p.m.
Networking and an introduction to program structure and approach will set the tone for the exciting two days that follow.
 


DAY 1 KICKOFF & INTRODUCTORY SIMULATION
Tuesday, April 4: 8:30 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Participants will complete a series of leadership oriented activities that tap into their personal impact and influence capabilities.

8:30 - 9:15 a.m.  –  INTRO, SETUP AND INDIVIDUAL INTRODUCTIONS

9:15  – 11:15 a.m.  –  DiSC WORKPLACE PROFILE: COMMUNICATION STYLES
Understand each person’s strengths in relationship to best practices for Vision, Alignment, and Execution.  

11:15 a.m. – 12 p.m.  –  PREP ON PRE-WORK INDIVIDUAL ISSUE
Work in small groups answering questions around real-life situations.

12 – 12:45 p.m.  –  LUNCH

1 – 4:30 p.m.  –  CORE COMPETENCIES
There are many skills that will serve leaders– this course touches on the specific skills to Setting Expectations, Providing Feedback, Change Management and Coaching.

4:30 – 5:15 p.m.  –  CASE STUDY REVIEW: INDIVIDUAL PRACTICE ON PRE-WORK SITUATIONS
Real-life situations will be explored and discussed further to help identify solutions.

5:30 - 8:30 p.m.  –  DAY 1 WRAP-UP & DINE AROUNDS
 

DAY 2 KICKOFF
Wednesday, April 5: 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.

8:30 - 11:30 a.m. – PRESENTATION SKILLS
Participants leave this session with a thorough understanding of engaging and powerful presentation skills.

11:30 a.m. – 12 p.m. – COMPARISON CONVERSATION FOR DEALING WITH CONFLICT
Working with a partner, participants will explore the differences they have in communication styles especially with those they are likely to have conflict with, and brainstorm how best to leverage their strengths to collaborate more effectively.

12 – 12:45 p.m. – LUNCHEON SPEAKER

12:45 – 4:30 p.m. – COACHING, LISTENING AND DELEGATING  
Leaders will learn the responsibility of delegation, so they can take the time to listen and the positive impact of coaching employees versus doing their work.

4:30 – 5 p.m. – PROGRAM WRAP-UP
